This one is no exception and is chock full of healthy vegetables.
It’s savory, filling and colorful, low in calories and a thrifty dish for those watching their budget.
I love this soup!
I could seriously eat this daily.
The trick is to make your broth really rich and beefy….and don’t skimp on the parmesan topping.
